- All orders ship within 1-2 business days and we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on everything in our store; we ship all orders via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) and shipping confirmation numbers are provided for all packages on the evening of the day the order shipped. Free ground shipping usually takes about 1 week and you can purchase shipping upgrades to expedited (2-4 business days) and express (1-2 business days) services if desired. Available shipping upgrade options are displayed during checkout.

- All personal information is secured by a Register 256-Bit SSL encryption certificate and no financial information stored on our servers, everything is sent to our payment processors, Paypal, Google Checkout or Merchant Plus.
- Returns & Replacements
- Health and Wellness Headquarters will glady accept returns for any products purchased from our store. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace or exchange the merchandise or issue a refund for your purchase. Please note we can only accept returns of unopened products in resale condition and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In cases where we made a mistake we will of course cover any return shipping costs and waive any restocking fees. - Upon receiving your cleared payment, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Transit times for domestic and international shipments vary upon the shipping option you choose. Please note that we can't control shipping transit times. Transit times are provided by the shipping carriers, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
